Warranty Coverage by Series
Deyson products are warranted against manufacturing defects under
normal playing conditions for the following periods from the date of
confirmed purchase:

What Is Covered
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:

Keyholing or cracking around the bell hole due to casting defects
- Uneven alloy composition causing abnormal tonal inconsistency

Finish delamination, peeling, or discolouration not caused by normal
use
- Structural integrity failures under normal playing conditions
What Is NOT Covered
The warranty does not cover:

Cracks, splits, or fractures caused by excessive striking force or
incorrect technique

Damage from overtightening or improper stand mounting (mounting
hardware should be properly cushioned)

Damage from dropping, mishandling, or transport without protective
casing
- Normal surface wear, oxidation, or patina from regular use

Cosmetic scratches from drumstick contact under normal playing

Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures or corrosive
environments
Important Notes on Cymbal Care
Cymbals are precision acoustic instruments that perform best and last
longest when used correctly. A few critical practices:

Always mount cymbals with appropriate felt washers and sleeve
protection above and below

Never overtighten the wing nut — cymbals must be free to swing
slightly when struck

Avoid striking at extreme angles (parallel to the cymbal surface),
which concentrates stress at the bell
- Store in protective bags or cases when not in use
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim:

- Attach clear photographs of the defect from multiple angles

Include a brief description of the issue and when it first appeared

Include your original order confirmation or purchase reference
Our support team will review your claim and respond within 5 business
days. If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing issue, we will
arrange a replacement unit.
Limitation of Warranty
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have
other rights which vary by location. Deyson's liability under this
warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product
and does not extend to incidental or consequential damages.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original
purchaser of the product.
